About the position

Your responsibilities will include:

• Gathering and analyzing company information for transaction support, involving industry research, and organizing financial data
• Analyzing financial data and constructing financial models, encompassing company valuations, discounted cash flow analysis, and comparative analyses
• Developing and finalizing new business development presentations
• Coordinating tasks with both internal and external working teams
• Preparing necessary internal documentation, such as control and compliance regulations

Your Profile:

• You have graduated with minimally an HBO degree, preferably a WO degree.
• You have a strong academic business background, preferably with a finance specialization.
• You are fluent in English, Dutch, and Papiamento
• You have 0-2 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate banking.
• Demonstrates commitment to acquiring knowledge and a sincere enthusiasm for the tax law and the business realm.
• Commitment to personal growth and career development, a strong desire to learn, and success in team environments.
• Knowledge of the global or domestic business landscape is a plus, but not required.
• Proficient communication, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Desire to develop a deep understanding of the financial industry.
• Unwavering dedication to maintaining integrity and making ethical decisions.
