Your Profile:

• In your penultimate/final year of university or have graduated (minimally HBO, preferred WO degree).
• Strong academic background.
• Interest in business and finance.
• Fluent in English, Dutch, and Papiamento.
• Demonstrates commitment to acquiring knowledge and a sincere enthusiasm for the business realm.
• Commitment to personal growth and career development, a strong desire to learn, and success in team environments.
• Knowledge of the global or domestic business landscape is a plus, but not required.
• Proficient communication, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Desire to develop a deep understanding of the financial industry.
• Unwavering dedication to maintaining integrity and making ethical decisions.
